We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business growth (Citrix) in the Netherlands. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities, while building a strong pipeline of strategic accounts.
This position is ideal for:

You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, positioning Arrow’s portfolio of IT solutions, value-added services, and supply chain programs to address real business and technology challenges.
New Business Development (Hunter Focus)- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and execute a structured new business acquisition strategy.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Own the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Position Arrow’s IT solutions, cloud services, and value-added offerings based on customer business needs.
- Work closely with technical teams and vendor partners to design tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on Arrow’s supply chain capabilities and full life-cycle services.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and future growth plans.
- Transition newly acquired customers into long-term strategic relationships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Salesforce.
- Meet or exceed new business and revenue targets.
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to accelerate deal success.
- Proven experience in business development, new business sales, or hunter roles.
- Background in Sales or IT with a strong motivation to grow in the other domain.
- Experience engaging with IT customers or selling technology-related solutions (preferred).
- Ability to understand and position technical solutions at a business level.
- Experience responding to RFPs is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
