Join Arrow's Graduate Program Designed for the Next Generation of Innovators. We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee project plans
- Manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan and budget
- Track and report on project performance, status, and milestones
- Communicate effectively with project team members, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate them when necessary
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- The degree should not have been completed later than 2023 and the total experience should be up to 2 years maximum
- Strong Business English (if not English native speaker)
- Strong interest and passion for project management
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced (often remote) environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
