Overview
In this role you will own Arrow’s Microsoft CAIP strategy and drive reseller activation and enablement across CAIP programs. You will cultivate strong Microsoft and partner relationships, coordinate cross-functional execution, and manage CAIP campaigns and enablement activities to accelerate new workload and customer acquisition. You’ll lead cadence with Microsoft and partners, track KPIs, and oversee a dedicated marketing budget to deliver aligned campaigns and events. This is a hands-on, strategic position that shapes CAIP motions and ensures delivery against FY targets in a collaborative, channel-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the execution of Microsoft CAIP plays aligned with KPIs and frameworks
- Develop and maintain relationships with Microsoft CAIP stakeholders through cadence calls, planning sessions, QBRs, and reviews
- Drive new customer and workload acquisition for CAIP via indirect channel partners
- Enable reseller partners to position and sell CAIP through structured plays, campaigns, and GTM motions
- Manage a dedicated marketing budget and deliver Microsoft-aligned campaigns, webinars, and events
- Activate and execute Campaigns in a Box, Cloud Ascent targeting, Co-op funds, CAIP workshops, and other Microsoft programmes
- Lead CAIP-focused webinars and enablement sessions with partners or internal stakeholders
- Maintain Rhythm of Business with partners and Microsoft to track performance and pipeline progression
- Support lifecycle motions including acquisition, renewals, upsell, and CAIP workload expansion
- Track and report performance against KPIs such as acquisition, Reach, Frequency, Yield, and CSP growth
- Represent Arrow and Microsoft at solution-aligned summits, bootcamps, and Microsoft-led events
Key requirements
- Strong background in IT relationship management, partner engagement, or vendor management
- Experience working with or alongside Microsoft and the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Demonstrable interest in cloud infrastructure, AI solutions or related technologies
- Proven ability to run structured partner motions, campaigns, and enablement initiatives
- Comfortable leading meetings, presenting to partners, and engaging senior vendor stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
