Job Description We are seeking a professional and reliable HGV Driver to join our team.

We are a family run haulage company and are seeking a number of HGV drivers to join our team in Leicester to deliver our customers goods throughout the UK.
This will entail the occasional night away.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers with a passion for driving and delivering quality service.
You will: Operate HGV Class 1 and other commercial vehicles in accordance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, adhering to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding schedules, delays, or issues encountered on the road.
Have proven experience as a commercial HGV driver.
Hold a valid driving licence suitable for operating lorries and other relevant vehicles.
Strong understanding of road safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Prove excellent driving skills with a good driving record.
Have the ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and punctuality.
