We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Newton Mearns. This is primarily an office-based role involving liaising with clients, preparing quotes and processing orders. Out with the office, sales associates represent the company at networking meetings and business exhibitions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quotation Preparation: Develop accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
