About us Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We help businesses grow faster, operate more efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.

We are looking for a passionate, strategic AI Practice Leader to help shape and drive Arrow's AI practice across EMEA. This is an individual contributor role requiring approximately 40‑50% travel, ideal for a commercially minded technologist who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation and channel business development.

The Role As AI Practice Leader, you will be the central figure in building and championing Arrow's AI practice across EMEA. Every major vendor in our portfolio — NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat, Oracle and many others — has a piece of the AI story, and your role is to connect those pieces into a coherent, compelling proposition for our partners and customers. You will work closely with Arrow's newly established AI Lab, helping to shape the solutions being built there and bringing them to market with energy and conviction. This is a high‑impact individual contributor position for someone who wants to be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in enterprise technology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as Arrow's AI subject‑matter expert across EMEA, working across internal sales teams, vendor partners and the channel ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with Arrow's AI Lab — contributing to the development of its proposition and passionately taking its outputs to market.
  • Engage with all key AI vendor relationships — ensuring Arrow is positioned centrally in their AI go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Support and enable Arrow's sales teams across the business to identify and develop AI opportunities within their existing partner and customer base.
  • Identify, develop and onboard channel partners best positioned to capitalize on the growing AI opportunity.
  • Represent Arrow on stage at industry events, vendor forums, partner days and customer engagements — articulating the AI vision with authority and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a structured, proactive approach to vendor and partner collaboration, including regular cadence calls, QBRs and joint go‑to‑market planning.
  • Travel across the EMEA region as required (approximately 40‑50% of working time).

Your Profile:

  • Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence — its technologies, its real‑world business applications and the evolving vendor landscape across the EMEA channel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear commercial opportunities for partners and end customers.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the IT channel — whether coming from a specialist or management background, both will be considered.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor — self‑driven, structured and capable of owning initiatives end‑to‑end without a team beneath you (at least initially).
  • A natural presenter — confident and compelling on stage in front of audiences ranging from technical architects to C‑level executives.
  • Familiarity with the AI portfolios of key vendors such as NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat and/or Oracle is a strong advantage.
  • Commercially minded with strong instincts for identifying opportunities, structuring deals and driving revenue through the channel.
  • A degree of technical fluency — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to hold credible conversations at a technical level.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40‑50% of the time across EMEA.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with performance‑related bonus
  • Pension scheme
  • Car allowance or Company Car
  • Life insurance
  • Medical insurance
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • Structured development opportunities and vendor certifications across our AI portfolio
  • The backing of a global organization with established relationships across the world's leading AI vendors
