We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to spearhead front of house operations at ArrosQD, a vibrant restaurant with exciting international expansion plans on the horizon. Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting an efficient structure for a memorable guest journey, ensuring impeccable service and an unforgettable guest experience.
  • Line-manage, train, guide, and structure a talented team to achieve excellence and foster a positive, high-energy environment.
  • Take charge of FOH staff rotas (schedules) and personnel management to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Report directly to the Executive Chef, advising on menu innovations and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with our sommelier on wine lists and bar offerings to curate exceptional pairings that elevate our menu and delight our guests.
