Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + performance-driven milestone bonuses

The Role
Working closely with the CEO and the Arros QD team, the Head of Membership will be the driving force behind our community.
You will be responsible for strategic membership growth, fostering deep member engagement, managing brand ambassador relationships, and championing the overall evolution of the ARRIBA community.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute robust acquisition strategies to hit membership milestone targets while maintaining Arriba´s curated exclusivity.
- Member Engagement: Act as the face of the club, building meaningful relationships with members, understanding their needs, and ensuring high retention rates.
- Ambassador & Committee Management: Build and nurture a network of influential brand ambassadors and committee members to drive organic, high-quality referrals.
- Programming Collaboration: Work alongside the events and hospitality teams to ensure cultural, wine, and dining experiences align with member expectations.
- Data & Reporting: Track membership metrics, onboarding pipelines, and retention data, reporting directly to the CEO.
About You
- Experience: Proven track record in membership management, high-end hospitality, luxury brand relations, or private members' clubs (London experience preferred).
- Networker by Nature: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, moving effortlessly between the worlds of business, culture, and luxury hospitality.
- Commercially Sharp: You understand the balance between curated community-building and hitting revenue/growth targets.
- Cultural Alignment: A passion for gastronomy, wine, and Spanish/Hispanic culture is highly desirable.
- Qualifications: Fluent English is essential. Conversational or professional Spanish is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
