We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable and ensuring accurate financial records. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes. The Account Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial data while supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation., * Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial information.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to accounts.

Proven experience in an accounts administration role or similar position.
