The Role

As a Client Delivery Consultant, you will identify new business opportunities, build trusted client relationships and deliver specialist skills solutions across the Broadcast, Media and Technology sectors. Supporting permanent hires, contractor engagements and project delivery, you will build high‑quality specialist networks that help clients deliver business‑critical technology programmes. This is a commercially focused role offering the autonomy to develop your own market, grow strategic accounts and contribute directly to Arrk Media's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Development
    • Develop new business opportunities and strategic client relationships
    • Win new accounts and grow existing client partnerships
    • Represent Arrk Media at client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions
    • Negotiate commercial agreements and Statements of Work where appropriate
  • Skills Acquisition & Delivery
    • Identify, engage and qualify specialist professionals for permanent, contract and project‑based assignments
    • Build and maintain strong specialist skills networks
    • Deliver high‑quality shortlists and support successful client outcomes
    • Manage engagements from briefing through to onboarding
  • Client Success
    • Understand client workforce challenges and technical requirements
    • Provide market insight, skills intelligence and salary benchmarking
    • Deliver an exceptional client and consultant experience
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and compliance
    • Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes
    • Act as an ambassador for Arrk Media and the wider Arrk Group
