This role includes agreeing on a project's scope and deliverables, creating and maintaining ASPICE-compliant documentation, whilst managing issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for accurate time tracking and invoicing, ensuring that all billable time is accurately captured and reported.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget, scope, and schedule, in alignment with ASPICE Project Management (MAN.3) and related processes (SUP.1, SUP.8).
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data operations, and customer success) to ensure delivery aligns with both customer expectations and ASPICE-defined responsibilities. Promote a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams, to ensure project goals are clear and expectations are met.
- Financial Management: Control project budget, scope, and schedule, ensuring the capture and billing of all project-related time and resources.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Quality Management: Ensure that all projects adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations, including compliance standards such as ASPICE.
- Structured Communication: Use structured communication and thinking to coordinate between different teams, manage project risks, and drive the efficient delivery of projects.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain ASPICE-compliant project artefacts, including Project Charter, Execution Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Log, Review Records, and Progress Reports. Provide periodic reporting to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress against KPIs, process adherence, and lessons learned.
- Process Ownership & Framework Governance: Own and maintain Parkopedia’s Project Management Framework, ensuring it remains aligned with Quality Management and ASPICE best practices. Drive continuous improvement and regular reviews of the framework to maintain compliance with ASPICE standards, supporting consistency, audit readiness, and process maturity across all delivery teams.

Understanding of API-based service delivery and data integration models.
- Financial Management: Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost management, and timely billing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in German, Korean, and/or Japanese is ideal, but not required.
