Based in one of our hub locations (London, Stockholm or Paris/Besancon), you will partner with the Technology Business Unit to design people strategy and guide senior technology leadership through organizational change.
You will translate business targets into data-driven people plans, collaborate with Talent, People Operations and Reward, and help scale team structures across global locations.
