Role Summary
We are looking for a strong SEO Content Writer / SEO Executive with exceptional writing skills. You will produce clear, accurate, engaging content at scale—while maintaining high editorial standards—and work closely with AI and technology to generate thousands of host pages each month. Alongside writing, you'll support SEO and CRO initiatives, run A/B tests, and help improve organic performance and user journeys. This role suits someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to deepen their SEO, CRO, and content craft in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Writing
- Write, edit, and fact-check high-quality content for B2B & B2C landing pages and blogs.
- Ensure content is polished, accurate, aligned with search intent, and consistent in tone.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support content production without compromising quality.
- SEO
- Conduct keyword, intent, and competitor research.
- Optimise content for organic visibility and engagement.
- Support technical SEO checks and improvements.
- CRO & Experimentation
- Plan, run, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to implement winning variations.
- Analytics
- Monitor performance using popular analytics tools.
- Report on the impact of content and CRO initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar, with a portfolio of published work.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong communicator.
- Hands-on A/B testing experience and familiarity with popular SEO and testing tools.
- 1–3 years' experience in SEO, CRO, or digital marketing, with a desire to learn and improve.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to turn data into clear recommendations.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days required in our office in Stratford, East London.
Package
£40k depending on experience.
