The Estate Operations Specialist joins our car park operations and enforcement function, playing a vital role in our mission to change the way the world parks. In this role, you will serve as the central coordinator between clients, Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), and internal teams. Your core focus is to onboard new locations into the enforcement estate and ensure existing locations remain operational, enforceable, and highly efficient. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will have a massive opportunity to impact estate uptime, drive reactivations, and resolve operational obstacles. This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

How To Make An Impact

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), Account Managers, and Project Managers regarding site onboarding, operational issues, and enforcement blockers.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new locations, tracking progress closely with internal teams to eliminate launch delays and achieve quick enforcement go-live statuses.
  • Liaise directly with clients, tenants, residents, and stakeholders regarding operational issues, site launches, migrations, and reactivations.
  • Monitor the live site estate alongside compliance, support, hardware, appeals, and operations teams to maintain continuous enforcement and resolve site-level issues.
  • Identify inactive or unenforceable sites, executing coordinated actions to restore enforcement while keeping portal settings and configurations accurate.
  • Maintain thorough site-level documentation, authority tracking, and escalation records to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

About You

You are a resilient, proactive, and solution-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you naturally excel at stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. You possess outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and SLA tracking seamlessly. You are adaptable and excited to utilize your strengths to drive operational excellence. You are proficient working with and manipulating data using spreadsheets and CRMs.

Your Background

  • 2+ years of experience in car park operations, estate management, field operations support, or client delivery.
  • Proven experience managing site launches, operational delivery, or client onboarding.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and working across multiple teams to deliver operational outcomes.
  • Strong project coordination skills coupled with proficiency in CRM and business systems.

This role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days of remote work), based in our London office.
