Role Overview
The Group Head – Business Solutions is a strategic, AI-forward technology leader responsible for transforming the organization into an AI-first, product-led, digitally enabled enterprise.
Reporting to the Group CIO, this role will treat the organization as a living, evolving product — designing, building, and continuously improving a seamless digital operating model powered by intelligent automation that reduces friction for employees and delivers a world‑class customer experience.
The mandate is to shift IT from a traditional service-provider function to a strategic business enabler by productizing core business capabilities, embedding AI‑led product management practices, integrating enterprise platforms, driving operational excellence, and enabling scalable digital growth.
Responsibilities
- Productization & AI-Led Optimization of Business Functions
- Lead the transition to an AI-enabled, Product‑Led IT operating model.
- Define and establish clear Product Domains (e. g., Lead-to-Cash, Employee Lifecycle, Financial Core, Customer Care Platform).
- Create structured, AI-integrated product roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Conduct continuous discovery with business stakeholders to identify workflow friction and opportunities for cognitive automation.
- Apply value-stream mapping enhanced by predictive AI to optimize and automate end-to-end processes.
- Embed governance models for product lifecycle management, AI model lifecycle management (MLOps), and performance tracking.
- Strategic Platform Architecture & AI Integration
- Ensure ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and Customer systems operate as a unified, integrated, and AI‑orchestrated enterprise platform.
- Eliminate technology silos through API‑led integration, middleware, and intelligent orchestration agents.
- Drive enterprise data governance, treating corporate data as a high‑quality, accessible, and AI‑ready business asset.
- Build scalable, modular systems designed to support long‑term business growth and emerging generative AI technologies.
- Ensure architecture and AI deployment decisions align with security, ethical AI implementation, compliance, and performance standards.
