As we scale across multiple business units and geographies, we are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our Arrive for Business BU. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will act as the architect of the revenue engine. You will lead revenue operations and partner directly with the General Manager of Arrive for Business to deliver revenue goals, building a high-performing team that acts as a strategic bridge between executive leadership and cross-functional departments. This is a critical leadership position designed to drive predictable growth by aligning processes, systems, and data across the full customer lifecycle. How To Make An Impact
- Revenue Strategy & Operating Model: Design and own the global Revenue Operations strategy and optimize the full revenue lifecycle—from lead generation to renewals and cross-sell. You will partner closely with finance to forecast and deliver revenue, ensuring our operating model aligns with long-term financial targets and predictable growth.
- Salesforce & Revenue Platform: Lead the Salesforce transformation by consolidating legacy CRMs into a single platform and acting as the business owner for the Salesforce roadmap and governance.
- Sales Enablement & Performance: Build scalable sales processes and GTM motions while owning territory design, capacity planning, and incentive plan management.
- Data & Analytics: Deliver reliable forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive dashboards to establish consistent revenue KPIs across business units.
About You
You are a strategic leader who thrives in complex, multi-business unit environments and enjoys balancing high-level architecture with hands-on execution. You are highly analytical, structured, and impact-driven, with a passion for driving alignment across fragmented teams. You take pride in being a change agent, possessing the communication skills necessary to drive Salesforce adoption and translate business strategy into scalable technical capabilities.
Your Background
- 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling RevOps within a B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or services environment.
- Salesforce expertise with specific experience leading CRM transformations and consolidations.
- Experience managing complex GTM motions across enterprise, digital, and mid-market segments.
- Strong leadership background with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Marketing.
- Expertise in data modeling, forecasting, and designing incentive plans aligned with company growth.
This role is based in the UK in our London or Basingstoke office.
