We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst on a fixed term basis to help drive this transformation forward.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimising and transforming HR processes enabled by Workday HCM. • Identify inefficiencies, duplication and manual activity, driving simplification
  • Ensure processes are designed end-to-end across HR, employees, managers and wider functions (e.g. IT)
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across key HR areas
  • Translate requirements into clear, structured solutions aligned with Workday functionality
  • Promote standardisation and challenge non-standard or legacy practices
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and designs
  • Identify opportunities for automation, self-service and digital enablement
  • Support testing, deployment and business readiness activities
  • Contribute to post go-live optimisation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Workday HCM transformation or optimisation programmes
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning and Compensation
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)
  • Experience in end-to-end process mapping and redesign
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information

Desirable:

  • Experience in global HR transformation or shared services environments
  • Understanding of HR operating models and service delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with HR data and reporting
