The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to deliver administrative and data support to the Risk team as directed by the Head of Health, Safety, Risk & Sustainability. To access data and compile reports and other management information to managers at all levels. To update systems to ensure data is correct and up to date.

Main Responsibilities
- Collation of key KPI information relating to HSER matters, reporting KPI's to group.
- MID log: Ensure accuracy of data to enable targeting of DQM checks.
- Collation of various HSER, insurance, cost and environmental data sets, providing analysis to key stakeholders.
- To work with external stakeholders as directed by Risk Compliance Manager and Heads of Risk e.g. TFL Transcare.
Health and Safety
- Promote, support, and comply with all health and safety practices in the workplace.
Customer
- First port of call to all internal and external stakeholders for Risk related queries, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence received at the registered company legal address.
- To help with the production of campaign materials.
People
- Provide support to the Risk team to assist with informed decision making as required and in line with the Risk strategy.
- Be visible, credible, knowledgeable, and approachable, role-model standards of business and personal performance.
- Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and participate in reviews and annual appraisals.
Quality
- Accurately input incident information into Figtree and assist depots with any issues related to Figtree.
- To help gather data and produce reports as directed by the Head of Health, Safety, Risk & Sustainability.
- To data cleanse existing databases to ensure accuracy and relevance of data and ensure leavers are removed from all relevant databases Figtree, License checking etc.

Essential Postholder Requirements
- Proficient in the full Microsoft office suite, including (but not limited to) Word, Power Point, Excel and Power Bi.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with confidence to different levels of management including senior managers.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with confidence to external stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Demonstrate the Arriva Values and Behaviours.
- Able to deliver outcomes in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of the passenger transport industry.
- Preferably an understanding of existing systems such as Figtree.
- An understanding of data security and the implications of GDPR.
- An understanding of road safety issues is desirable.
