You will analyse daily performance data from multiple sources and work with control centre, operations, engineering and commercial teams to translate findings into practical actions.
Across reviewing journey times and supporting new route launches, you will help drive continuous improvement, collaborate with TfL, and contribute to tender submissions and network amendments.
