Pay Rate: During Training (the first 3 weeks) - £***** per hour. Experienced PCV Bus Drivers / After Training: First 12 months - £***** per hour, increasing to £***** per hour after 9pm. 24 months + will be £***** per hour, increasing to £***** per hour after 9pm.
If you are a PCV holder with more than 12 months experience within the last 4 years, you will start on *****m rate.
What's in it for you? If you're a Trainee, you'll receive full paid training where you'll receive your PCV licence - you'll go through our Arriva Training School and learn everything you need to know about being a Bus Driver. The training generally lasts approx. 3 weeks and will take place at our Wood Green depot, before you then work with a mentor for a further few weeks. Overtime opportunities - extra shifts.
