We are seeking a Commercial Planning Analyst to support our area commercial team in all planning activities, facilitating and maintaining market plans. This role ensures all area commercial changes are coordinated and implemented in line with agreed processes, aligning with all relevant functions. The ideal candidate will provide local-level network performance analysis and support the Area Heads of Commercial in developing and executing short, mid, and long-term commercial plans.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Plan Development: Collaborate with Area Heads of Commercial to create and refine commercial plans across various time horizons.
- Coordination and Implementation: Work closely with the commercial team and other functions to coordinate commercial plan activities and ensure seamless implementation of commercial changes.
- Data Management: Manage commercial data outputs, including vehicle and driver requirements.
- Analysis and Documentation: Provide comprehensive analysis, documentation, and project management support for contracts and tenders. Maintain the growth tracker and prepare investment committee proposals.
- Performance Reporting: Assist Area Commercial Directors by generating consolidated performance reports and aiding in the preparation for key commercial meetings and business reviews.
- UK Bus Initiatives: Support the implementation of broader UK bus commercial initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
