Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to understand transport needs and produce effective plans.
- Schedule rail replacement road transport services, ensuring customer‑centric, high‑quality journeys.
- Create detailed briefings for stakeholders and guide operational plans.
- Diagram timetables, procure bus services and ensure compliance with UK/EU driving regulations.
- Source reliable taxi, bus or coach suppliers.
- Engage with internal and external customers, attend meetings for smooth operations.
- Analyse data to optimise service delivery and respond to changes in train schedules.
- Maintain the taxi database, coordinate bookings and manage operator relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand ARTS services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Negotiation skills to drive commercial outcomes.
- Organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; comfortable analysing data and producing reports.
