We manage all aspects of coaches, buses, taxis and coordinators which are provided for rail replacement, special events, school support and train crew support. What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to understand their transport needs and create effective, efficient plans.
- Schedule rail replacement road transport services that are not only robust but also customer-centric, ensuring high-quality journeys.
- Create Detailed Briefings to inform all stakeholders, guiding them through operational plans.
- Diagram Timetables and procure bus services while ensuring compliance with UK/EU driving regulations.
- Source reliable and high quality taxi, bus or coach suppliers.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, attending meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse Data to optimize service delivery and react to any changes in train schedules effectively.
- Maintain Our Taxi Database, coordinating bookings and managing relationships with reliable operators.
- Seek New Business Opportunities to expand ARTS services and enhance our offerings.
