Pay
- During Training (the first 4‑6 weeks): £12.71 per hour
- After Training: £13.36 per hour
- £14.45 after 6 months of service
- Pay rates reviewed via frequent negotiations.

Hours of Work
- 5 of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6‑8 weeks in advance.
- Mornings start from 05:30; evenings finish up to 00:10.
- Rota includes a mix of early, middle and late shifts.
- Currently, 1 in 4 weekends off, with every 1 in 6 weeks accommodating a long weekend (Thursday to Sunday off).
- Overtime available on request / availability.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Great people and customer‑service skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
