As an Arriva Bus Driver, you'll be at the heart of your local community, helping people get to work, education, appointments, and social activities safely and reliably. You'll become a familiar face to our customers, delivering excellent customer service while making a genuine difference every day. No two journeys are the same, but every journey matters.

What You'll Be Asked During Your Application

  • How many hours per week you could reliably work
  • Two example weekly shift patterns that you would be able to commit to on an ongoing basis

This information will help us understand the types of part‑time working arrangements that may be possible within our operation.

Pay Rates

Qualified Drivers with at least 18 months bus driving experience within the last 5 years:

  • Weekdays: £15.54 per hour

Drivers who do not meet the above experience criteria may start on a lower introductory rate in line with company policy.
