Shift: Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 16:15 – 00:00 lates , 06:00 – 14:00 earlies. 2 week rota

Contracted hours: 38 Hours a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and servicing our modern fleet of North West buses.

Your Role:

As a PSV Mechanic, you\’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics to our commercial bus fleet—meeting the strict standards of both Arriva and the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards
• Improve vehicle reliability through proactive and reactive servicing
• Perform MOT prep, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance checks
• Carry out diagnostic fault finding and implement lasting repairs
• Work a variety of shift patterns – speak with us about options that suit your lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 or higher in PSV, HGV, or (or equivalent international qualification – subject to verification)
• OR at least 5 years\’ relevant hands-on experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Fit to pass a PCV pre-employment medical
