We do the right thing at Arriva - earning an hourly rate of £13.45 for trainees for 12 months, rising to £15.80 after 12 months.

- Trainee Drivers: £13.45 per hour (first 3 weeks)
- Post-Training Pay Rates (Trainees)
- Monday to Saturday: £13.45/hr (rising to £15.80 after 12 months)
- Sunday: £18.70 (rising to £22.00 after 12 months)
- Bank Holidays: £19.13/hr (rising to £22.50 after 12 months)

Requirements
- Be over 18 years old with at least 12 months of driving experience.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
