Your experience maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles could make you a great fit. # What you’ll be doing* Carrying out servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs across our bus fleet.* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools and your technical knowledge.* Completing vehicle inspections and safety checks to meet company standards and relevant requirements.* Investigating recurring faults and helping reduce vehicle downtime.* Working with the engineering and operations teams to ensure buses are ready for service.* Keeping accurate records of repairs, maintenance and parts used.* Sharing your expertise with colleagues and supporting less experienced team members.* Maintaining a safe, organised working environment.# What we’re looking for* A relevant engineering or vehicle maintenance qualification, or equivalent practical experience.* Hands-on experience as a Bus Mechanic, PSV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician or Heavy Vehicle Technician.* Strong diagnostic skills and a practical approach to solving problems.* Confidence using workshop equipment and diagnostic tools.* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.* A commitment to quality workmanship, vehicle safety and reliable service.
