What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with Train Operating Companies (TOCs) to understand their transport needs and create effective, efficient plans.
  • Schedule rail replacement road transport services that are not only robust but also customer-centric, ensuring high-quality journeys.
  • Create Detailed Briefings to inform all stakeholders, guiding them through operational plans.
  • Diagram Timetables and procure bus services while ensuring compliance with UK/EU driving regulations.
  • Source reliable and high quality taxi, bus or coach suppliers.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, attending meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyse Data to optimize service delivery and react to any changes in train schedules effectively.
  • Maintain Our Taxi Database, coordinating bookings and managing relationships with reliable operators.
  • Seek New Business Opportunities to expand ARTS services and enhance our offerings.

What You Bring:

  • Communication Skills: You can engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, from TOCs to taxi operators.
  • Negotiation Skills: You can drive positive commercial outcomes.
  • Organisational Skills: You thrive in managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads effectively.
  • Tech: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a must; you’re comfortable analysing data and producing reports.
