Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Shift Fitter for Tyne Yard Depot. The role involves maintenance and overhaul of rail vehicles, operating on a 4 on/4 off night pattern from 19:00 to 05:30, averaging 35 hours per week.
You will work under the Light Maintenance Team Leader, carrying out tasks to strict standards and procedures, ensuring quality, safety and reliability targets are met. NVQ Level 3 in Engineering is required, with rail traction experience preferred.
