Arriva Rail Services is seeking a Human Factors Specialist to embed HF principles across Rail Services, delivering programmes, supporting investigations and providing data-driven insights that drive continuous improvement. Hybrid working with travel across Rail Services locations, reporting to the Head of Safety, and contributing to the HF Strategy, risk reduction and workforce wellbeing.

You will build capability through coaching, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate with operations.
