As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, youâll be central to the smooth running of our recruitment activity. Youâll support the endâtoâend candidate journey by managing communication, coordinating interviews and assessments, and ensuring all preâemployment and onboarding processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Your role will be to provide firstâclass coordination and administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers across the business. You will provide cover for the Talent Acquisition Specialist during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of coordination and candidate support.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Candidate Support & Communication
- Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates.
- Manage candidate updates, queries, and documentation.
- Support earlyâstage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate followâup.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR systems.
- Ensure all administrative tasks supporting recruitment campaigns are completed on time.
- Coordinate preâemployment checks, medicals, licences, and induction documentation.
- Liaise with HR, Operations and Training teams to arrange start dates and onboarding plans.
- Assist with new starter inductions when required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and assist with reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
What Weâre Looking For
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a busy administrative environment.
- Excellent organisation and timeâmanagement skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Comfortable using ATS/HR systems (Workday preferable) and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
