Arriva Rail Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service across our UK rail operations.

Hybrid working with travel across Arriva locations, reporting to the Head of HR, and a permanent contract.

You will partner with leaders, handle complex employee relations, guide on employment law, and drive strategic people initiatives while supporting TUPE transfers and organisational change.
