Role Overview:

As a Cleaner/Fueller/Shunter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the workshop
  • Cleaning vehicles to Arriva standards and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting the storekeeper when required
  • Keeping the fuelling area clear of hazards and clean at all times
  • Performing daily sweeping and mopping, with occasional deep interior cleans
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Shift times:

Full time contract, working 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 17:00 - 02:00

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A full UK driving licence (manual, with no more than 6 points)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including fitness for a PCV licence
