The role is a 4-year programme to achieve Vehicle Damage Panel Technician Level 3, with training blocks at a partner workshop in Glasgow.

The programme starts with a salary of £8.00 per hour under 18, £10.85 for ages 18–20, or £12.71 for 21 and over, with progression and national minimum wage alignment.
