Training & Pay
During training (first 4‑6 weeks): £12.21 per hour.
After training:
- Monday to Saturday – £14.45 per hour; Sunday – £15.55 per hour.
- Bank holiday – £22.00 per hour after 1 year of service.
Pay rates reviewed via frequent negotiations.

Hours of Work
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6‑8 weeks in advance.
- Mornings starting from 05:00, evenings finish around 23:45 on a rotational basis.
- Shifts divided into early, middle, and late; average of 45 hours per week on the main rota.
- Currently operate 1 week off in every 4‑week cycle.
- Fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts not offered.
- Overtime available on request/availability.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Great people and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
