We are open to candidates across a range of PQE levels, provided you have solid employment law experience and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide practical, commercial employment law advice across a wide range of areas, including:

  • Disciplinary and grievance processes
  • TUPE (including business transfers and service provision changes)

You will also manage your own caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from inception through to hearing, working closely with internal stakeholders and, where required, external counsel. There will be opportunities to get involved in wider project work, including supporting the business in preparing for and implementing upcoming legislative changes such as the Employment Rights Act 2025. In addition, you will support the delivery of training and upskilling for HR teams and line managers, helping to build capability across the business.

About you, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in employment law (all PQE levels considered)
  • Has strong experience of advising on a broad range of non-contentious employment matters
  • Has experience managing Employment Tribunal claims
  • Is comfortable working independently and managing a varied caseload
  • Can provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience of Tribunal advocacy, particularly at preliminary hearing level
  • Experience delivering training to HR teams or managers
  • Exposure to project-based work, including legislative change programmes
