Are you an experienced PCV licence holder? Progress your bus driving career with Arriva at our Southend depot. From the morning commute to the school run to the weekend shop, we connect our customers to what matters — and you'll be the familiar face that makes that happen.

Pay:

  • Basic rate: £16.85 per hour
  • Weekend & bank holiday rate: £17.26 per hour
  • Overtime, extra shifts, and bank holidays at premium rates.

This is a shift‑based role covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Rotas are shared in advance.

Requirements

  • Full PCV licence
  • Aged 18+
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Drug and alcohol test at your driving assessment (ongoing prescribed medication is fine with your doctor's approval to drive)
