Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Rolling Stock Modifications Team Leader in Crewe. You will lead a team of skilled fitters on vehicle modification and refurbishment projects, driving safety, quality and timely delivery while ensuring adherence to VMIs, VOIs and company instructions.
You will guide day-to-day operations, develop team competence, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve depot performance.
