The ACE Product Owner for WEB will work with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and manage development and optimisation of our Marketing websites using Drupal CMS and Site Studio. This role ensures seamless content management, governance, and user experience across digital platforms, aligning with business objectives and brand standards.

Direct Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership
    • Define and maintain the roadmap for CMS and Site Studio capabilities.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for Site Studio components, templates, and workflows.
    • Ensure governance and best practices for content creation, publishing, and design consistency.
  • Content Management & UX
    • Oversee creation and editing of content using Site Studio’s visual builder.
    • Manage reusable components, global styles, and responsive layouts.
    • Implement SEO‑friendly practices, including schema markup and canonical link management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, design/UX, and technology teams to deliver high‑quality web experiences.
    • Liaise with external vendors and technology partners for CMS enhancements.
  • Workflow
    • Design and maintain end‑to‑end workflows for CMS changes.
    • Implement role‑based permissions and ensure compliance with governance standards.
    • Integrate workflows with agile sprint cycles for timely delivery of website updates.
    • Monitor workflow efficiency and introduce automation where possible.
    • Provide training and documentation for teams on workflow processes and Site Studio best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
    • Stay updated on emerging CMS technologies and Site Studio features.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
  • Experience as a Product Owner or UX Designer familiar with CMS environments.
  • Knowledge of Drupal CMS and Site Studio.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and SEO.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

  • Roadmap communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
  • Features and enhancements prioritised based on measurable business value.

  • Decisions supported by analytics (e.g., user behaviour, SEO performance).
  • KPIs tracked and reported consistently.
  • Adoption of new CMS capabilities or Site Studio features that enhance efficiency.
