As a Skilled Engineer, you will
- Perform planned and preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on a fleet of commercial buses.
- Ensure that all vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs meet Arriva and DVSA standards.
- Assist with MOT preparation, preventative maintenance campaigns, and quality checks.
- Improve bus reliability through continuous monitoring, maintenance, and repair.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- Relevant qualifications: PSV, HGV and repair, minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. We’ll consider candidates with 5+ years of relevant hands‑on experience if you’re not formally qualified.
- Full UK driving licence: Must have a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- PCV licence: A PCV licence is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.
- Medical fitness: Ability to pass a PCV pre‑employment medical.
- Commitment to quality: A passion for delivering safe, reliable, and high‑quality maintenance work.
