Salary £27,514 per year (39‑hour week). Location: Birmingham. Position: Service Centre Team Member.
Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are correctly packed and loaded onto trains on time.
- Carry out routine service checks and procedures (e.g. fridge temperature checks).
- Clean the Service Centre and dispose of packaging and waste materials environmentally.
- Assist customers with enquiries during delivery.
- Manage stock levels and maintain food safety at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
- Computer‑literacy and initiative.
- Experience in logistics supply or basic food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
- Previous customer‑service experience, ability to work alone or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, meeting deadlines, multi‑tasking.
- Must be able to work flexible shift and weekend schedules and live within an hour of the location.
