Bus Service Management is a career like no other. As an Arriva Controller, you\’ll play a vital role in keeping London moving. Working within the demanding Transport for London (TfL) network, you\’ll guide drivers, manage live service issues, and ensure buses run safely, efficiently, and on time.
Use advanced GPS tracking and technology to monitor and regulate bus services

Training: You\’ll complete a paid 4-week training course covering all core aspects of the role
After training, a dedicated mentor will support you as you settle into the position
Trainee Controller Rate (0–6 months): £42,000
Controller Rate (6–18 months): £44,000
Overtime Rate: £29.03/hour
(Rates are subject to annual review. As this is a maternity cover role, standard salary progression still applies across the contract period.)
Five days out of seven on a rolling rota, including weekends.
