We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused People Administrator who will primarily manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and support general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all DSARs across HR, acting as the central point of contact.
  • Track requests to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery & Content Search) to locate, extract, and redact data according to GDPR.
  • Work with HR, IT, Payroll and other stakeholders to gather information and maintain audit trails.
  • Identify and escalate risks or complex cases and support continuous improvement of DSAR processes.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and prepare offer letters, employment documents.
  • Manage Right to Work processes and support Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) activity.
  • Maintain accurate HR system data and liaise with payroll on employee changes.
  • Conduct regular data and file audits.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Track record of managing administrative processes or casework to deadlines.
  • Understanding of GDPR or data protection principles (or willingness to learn).
  • Exposure to systems such as Microsoft Purview or similar.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Experience managing DSARs or similar data requests.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Experience using Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery, content search, data export).
