We are looking for a skilled and motivated PSV Engineer / Mechanic to join our team at our Speke Depot, a modern and fully equipped commercial workshop with a strong team culture and a commitment to engineering excellence.

Role

As a PSV Engineer at Arriva, you will ensure the fleet remains safe, reliable and ready for service. You will carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostic fault‑finding and reactive repairs in line with DVSA and Arriva standards, supporting the safe and dependable operation of our services.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Routine servicing and maintenance of the fleet to Arriva and DVSA standards
  • Diagnostic work and repairs to maximise vehicle reliability
  • MOT preparation and quality inspections
  • Supporting fleet performance and safety
  • Working shifts as part of the depot rota

What We Are Looking For

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualification in PSV or HGV maintenance and repair
  • Experience in a PSV, HGV or commercial vehicle environment
  • Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Ability to pass a company medical
  • A positive, proactive and team‑focused approach
