Join the Arriva Group as a Heavy Maintenance Manager at our Bristol depot. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £55,188.68 per annum, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

We seek a talented Heavy Maintenance Manager to oversee the mobilisation, deployment, and delivery of heavy maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with all standards and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Develop effective relationships to deliver all key elements of Heavy Maintenance contracts.
2. Ensure all work complies with ATC, customer, technical, and legislative standards.
3. Support continual improvement of maintenance processes and safety standards.
4. Manage project mobilisation, including recruitment, resource planning, and risk management.
5. Provide management information and support business development efforts.
6. Maintain safety and quality standards through proactive management and investigations.
7. Identify opportunities for revenue maximisation and cost savings.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely close-out of incidents.
9. Contribute to the production delivery process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management; Level 5 certificate desirable.
• Experience in building construction, maintenance, and facility management, with railway infrastructure knowledge.
• Full valid driving licence.
