We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Repairs Administrator to support the general management of our London Property Repairs function. This role is key to ensuring accurate record keeping, smooth financial processes, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders and managing the Oracle payment system
- Liaising with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Creating, maintaining, and updating spreadsheets and records
- Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers
- Providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Supporting the Regional Property Manager with administrative tasks
- Undertaking additional administrative duties as required

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
