As a Bus Driver, you’ll become familiar with the faces on your routes, build relationships, and brighten someone’s day. We take pride in the customer service we provide, and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a team that values teamwork and community.
What We Offer :
- Competitive Pay:
Monday to Saturday : £12.75 / hr (rising to £15.00 after 3 weeks) - Sunday : £22.00 / hr
- Bank Holidays : £22.50 / hr
- Overtime : Flat rate

Hours of Work :
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance
- Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons starting from 12:00, Evenings from 18:00
- Overtime available based on request / availability
- We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts separately
What We Need From You :
- MUST have a valid PCV Licence – This is a non-negotiable requirement
- At least 12 months of driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
