Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (increasing to £15.00 per hour after 3 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and reliable passenger transportation, ensuring punctual service for children, commuters and customers.
- Build relationships with familiar faces, brighten someone’s day, and provide excellent customer service while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay – Monday to Saturday: £12.75/hr (rising to £15.00 after 3 weeks), Sunday: £22.00/hr, Bank Holidays: £22.50/hr, Overtime: Flat rate

Hours of Work:
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance
- Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons starting from 12:00, Evenings from 18:00
- Overtime available based on request/availability
- We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts separately
What We Need From You:
- Must have a valid PCV Licence (non‑negotiable)
- At least 12 months of driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
