What you will doAs a Lead Data Consultant in our Advisory team, you will drive complex, high‐value projects and guide clients through data‐led transformation. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor others, set standards, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You will operate with significant autonomy, leading major engagements and supporting our most strategic relationships, with a strong focus on value, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will also help shape our IP, contribute to team knowledge, and champion innovation through thought leadership, community involvement, and best‐practice sharing.
Key responsibilities
Leading and delivering complex advisory projects, helping clients define and realise their data and AI strategies at scale.
Building strong relationships with C-suite and director-level stakeholders, advising on business transformation, governance, and data strategy.
Facilitating high-impact workshops and senior-level stakeholder sessions to uncover and prioritise opportunities for data‐driven value.
Setting and upholding standards for ways of working, quality, and delivery across Advisory engagements.
Mentoring, coaching, and supporting consultants and client teams – serving as a role model and go‐to advisor.
Leading the continuous improvement of Arreoblue\’s advisory methodology, frameworks, and knowledge base.
Supporting pre‐sales activities, including scoping, proposal writing, and pitching new projects.
Performing hands‐on data analysis when needed and overseeing the delivery of dashboards or strategy artefacts by yourself or the team.
How you will do itYou will have:
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of the value of data in an organisation, how to build business cases, design solutions and lead change.
Strong proficiency in workshop facilitation, value modelling, business requirements analysis, data analysis and process analysis.
Experience working in a variety of cloud‐native data solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Defining data organisation and governance for enterprises.
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques.
Consulting & Business Skills
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
Track record of delivering measurable business impact through data solutions.
Experience in change management and driving adoption of analytics across organisations.
Experience & Background
Demonstrable experience in data analytics, engineering, or consulting.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Location(s)We are a fully remote company but love spending time with our customers so we like to be present and on site with them when we can – at least two to three days a week.
All candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role. We encourage flexible working in terms of both hours and location, with the expectation that employees may get together from time to time. Any required travel to clients will be covered by us.
